Pabellon Crioyo
Is the most important plate in our country. It’s colorful and is varied in flavors. Is composed of several different portions of black beans, meatloaf, rice and fried plantain slices. This plate dates from the mid-colonial times. Each it’s represented by three important cultures of Venezuela, Europeans (white rice), Indigenous (red meat) and African (black beans).
